Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide 24 HOURS notice from the start time of your appointment will be charged at 50% of the session cost. Failure to provide at least 12 HOURS notice from the start time of your appointment will be charged at the full session cost.
Late cancellations lead to wasted clinic time, which could be offered to somebody else in need.
