Whilst being heavily invested in sport on a personal level, we have a keen interest in helping people 40+ to live a more active lifestyle, free of pain, painkillers and movement restriction. We strongly believe that everybody should have the knowledge and ability to be more active, whether it be sporting endeavours or playing with their grandchildren.
Being conveniently based in Turweston, we are easily accessible from Brackley, Buckingham, Bicester, Towcester, Milton Keynes and surrounding villages.
